Help & FAQ

Answers to what buyers and sellers ask us most — ordering, paying, delivery, complaints and selling.

Ordering

How do I order something?
Open a new (shop) item and tap Add to cart or Buy now. At checkout choose your upazila and address and how you will pay, then place the order. Each item goes to its own seller as a separate order, and you can follow each one under My orders.
Why can't I add some posts to the cart?
Used (second-hand) items are sold person to person, not through checkout. Message or call the seller from the post, or make an offer on the price.
Can I bargain on the price?
Yes, on used posts. Tap Make an offer and send a price below the asking price (at least 10% of it). The seller can accept, decline or name their own price, and you can take that price or withdraw. You can have one open offer per post, and an unanswered offer closes by itself after 3 days.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, until the seller sends it — while the order is Pending or Confirmed. Open the order under My orders and tap Cancel. Once it has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled; if something is wrong when it arrives, open a complaint instead.
How do coupons and points work?
Type a coupon code at checkout; it takes money off the goods, not the delivery charge or fees. Completed orders also earn points, which you can spend on a later order at checkout. Each coupon shows its own minimum order and dates.

Payment

How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, bKash or Nagad (online options appear when they are switched on). With cash on delivery you pay when the parcel reaches you.
I chose bKash/Nagad but did not finish paying. What now?
An online order reaches the seller only after it is paid. Open it under My orders and pay again, or switch it to cash on delivery.
I paid online and the order was cancelled. Do I get my money back?
Yes. A paid bKash or Nagad order that is cancelled is marked for refund automatically, and the office returns the amount to you. If it has not arrived, contact us with your order number.
What is the service fee at checkout?
Orders for new items may carry a small platform fee. It is shown on its own line before you place the order, so the total you see is the total you pay.

Delivery

How much is delivery?
It depends on your upazila and is shown at checkout as soon as you choose it. Each order is charged separately, so two items from two sellers are two deliveries. Picking up from the shop costs nothing.
When will my order arrive?
When the seller confirms your order they choose a delivery day and a time slot — morning, afternoon, evening or after 5pm. You get a notification, and the order page shows the date and every step after it.

Returns & reviews

Something is wrong with what I received. What do I do?
Open the order under My orders and tap Report a problem within 1 days of delivery. Choose what went wrong, add a few words and up to 4 photos. The seller is told at once and answers you there.
The seller refused or did not answer my complaint.
If the seller says no, or has not answered for 2 days, tap Ask the office on the complaint. Our team looks at both sides and decides.
Why can't I write a review?
Only people who ordered the item and received it can review it, so every review comes from a real buyer. You can write one review per item, edit it later, and add up to 3 photos.
How do I report a fake or wrong post?
Open the post, tap Report and choose a reason — fake, wrong information, no longer available, offensive and so on. The office reviews every report.

Selling

How do I become a seller?
In the app open Marketplace, then Sell, and send the seller application with your photo and both sides of your NID (and your trade licence if you run a shop). The office checks it and you are told as soon as it is approved.
What does the verified badge mean?
The office has checked that seller's documents. Buyers see it on the seller's posts and shop page.
How much does it cost to post?
New shop items are free to post. A used item costs post credits; new sellers get some to start, and more can be bought in the app or paid for at the office. If the office rejects a post its credit comes back; deleting a post yourself does not return it.
What are seller dues?
On a cash-on-delivery order you collect the platform fee along with the price, and it is added to your dues. You are warned as dues near your limit; at the limit new orders pause until you pay the office in cash or by bKash.
Where do I answer offers and questions on my posts?
Open your own post in the app or on the website — offers and questions waiting for you are listed there with Accept, Counter and Decline. The seller portal has the same lists for all your posts.

Account & alerts

Can I be told when a price drops or a shop posts something new?
Save a post with the heart and you are notified when its price drops by at least 5% and Tk 50. Follow a shop and you hear when it posts something new (at most once every 12 hours). For a sold-out item, tap Notify me to hear when it is back.
